Refund Policy

At Thinkstore by Toptimize Digital Pvt. Ltd., we strive to ensure customer satisfaction with all our products and services. However, we understand that situations may arise where a refund is necessary. Below is our refund policy:

Non-Refundable Items. The following items are non-refundable:

1. Services that have already been fully rendered.
2. Subscription fees after the initial cancellation period.

Once the refund request is approved we will refund your amount and it will get credited in your account within 5 days in original payment method.
